Kevin Neal


Kevin L. Neal has more than 16 years of experience in organizational development and strategic human resources consulting. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The College of Santa Fe and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from John Hopkins University, Kevin brings a keen understanding of the linkage between mission accomplishment, the bottom line, and strategic human resources. Kevin’s has a strong passion for helping organizations, through diversity and inclusion, change management, organizational development, and employee relations initiatives.


Having held senior positions in several consulting firms Kevin has a strong ability to quickly understand the current business situations of his clients, including their organizational goals and objectives, and present solutions that have immediate application and provide long-term results.


Kevin has earned a certificate of Fellows of Change Management from Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Kevin is also a founding board member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
