MEET LESLIE F. KEELTY, ED.D., SPHR

 

Leslie Keelty is a consultant, educator and trainer with over 25 years experience in the field of Human Resources and Training and Development. Leslie has worked with a variety of organizations including private, public, and not-for-profit. Types of companies include Media, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Banking, Education, and Architectural/Engineering. Earlier in her career Leslie was a Counselor with adolescents and their families.

Dr. Keelty is a former Organization Development and Training Director with a background in designing implementing, and conducting programs focusing on Cultural Diversity, Leadership Development, Coaching, Performance Management, Mentor Partnerships, Employee Engagement, Recognition and Rewards, Ethics, Harassment Awareness, etc. She has experience collaborating with Senior Executives across matrix environments to capitalize on employee talents and abilities.
