Web-Hopping: A Helpful List of Diversity Websites

By Calvin B. Ball III

It has been said that information is power. I think this maxim holds more than a fair amount of validity. Based on this insight, I have embarked on a journey to enrich my informational sources on diversity and thereby increase my power in an increasingly diverse world.

Recognizing that the global market is becoming more diverse by the day, I believe that information on diversity should be equally as extensive. It is primarily for this reason that I have examined the Internet to find sites that would enhance my knowledge, understanding and ensuing appreciation of inclusiveness and diversity related issues.

As a result of my efforts, I have compiled a list of my 20 favorite sites. My selection of websites was based on quality and breadth of information provided, ease of use, organization, interest, and frankly also my awareness of the site in this vast, often changing abyss we call the Internet. I think we are drowning in information and starving for knowledge.
